Which Cricket loving fan wouldn't know this name? Who doesn't know the legend Sachin Tendulkar! It is considered in India that, “If Cricket is a religion, then Sachin is the God”. The “Master Blaster” Sachin, as he is also called, was only 17 years old, when he played his first International match. As a young lad, he came into the notice of every eye, with the way he performed, played in the crease and executed the shots, whether it is the cover drive or down the ground shots. He is a right handed batsman and with medium height. He was the master of most of the every shots, from cover drives to upper cut shots, he played them all with ease. He would play both the fast and the spin bowlers. He reigned in the game of Cricket for more than 20 years and has become an inspiration for every young cricketers. He is the reason why Indians are the crazy fans of Cricket. He is a very humble player, who was never in any arguments either with his team mates or the opponents. And that’s why everyone respects him so much. He has made the most records than any other players. He is the leading run scorer in both the One Day and the Test matches. He has scored the maximum centuries for in both the same formats. He has scored a total of 100 centuries in both formats. He was the first player to score a double century in One Day format. He won the World Cup 2011 with his team mates at his home ground in Mumbai, India. He would say that, “Dreams do come true, so dream big and you can achieve your goal”.
