Who is Holly Holm?

Almost everyone is familiar with the male wrestlers and what they are all about. However, who is Holly Holm? Holly Holm was born on October 17th, 1981 and she is as tough and as mentally strong as they come.

Holly Holm is an American Mixed Martial Artist and she competes in Ultimate Fighting Championships. Her division is the bantamweight. She holds the UFC Bantamweight Women’s belt. In her former career, she was a kickboxer and a professional boxer as well. She is an accomplished boxer and has won the world championship multiple times. She has defended the title eighteen times in three separate weight classes.

Holly Holm is the first person who has won championships for both mixed martial arts and boxing. She is considered by those in the field as the best female athlete in any combat sport in history. In addition to competing in Mixed Martial Arts, Holly Holm can be seen in a feature film called Fight Valley which is scheduled to be released in 2016.

Holly Holm is truly an inspiration for all women.
